Reservation & Payment: For Photo Booth Rentals, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. For all other rentals, payment is due prior to or at pick-up.
Your Rental: Your rental starts and ends on the dates you booked. Please use all equipment responsibly and follow all safety instructions. You are responsible for any damage or loss while the equipment is in your care.
Check & Return: Inspect your rental items upon delivery and notify us immediately if anything is missing or damaged. All items must be returned clean and in good condition to avoid additional fees.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your rental may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid beyond the retainer. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Safety & Liability: Basecamp Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during use. By renting, you agree to follow all instructions and accept full responsibility for the equipment during your rental period.
